I am truly excited to fight side by side with all of you in 2025. As the saying goes, “Shared vision connects our hearts, and united efforts lead to shared success.” Our daily exchanges at work are not only collisions of experience but also precious moments that consolidate our strength in action.

“Success demands unwavering ambition; accomplishment is built upon relentless diligence.” Looking back on the journey of the Xinhai Ghana team in 2025, every achievement we have made owes itself to the solid platform provided by the company, the precise guidance and thoughtful mentorship of our leaders, and—most importantly—the dedication and silent contributions of every colleague. This tacit understanding of standing together is our greatest confidence in overcoming challenges.

“Planning takes one part, execution nine.” In 2026, standing at this new starting point, we must keep the long-term vision in mind and identify the right direction, while also grounding ourselves in our roles and acting now. In our work, we must not only refine and perfect routine tasks but also dare to tackle tough challenges and explore new paths. Through concrete action, we will turn plans into results and goals into reality.

“Unity leads to victory; solidarity through trials brings prosperity.” In the journey ahead, may we continue to unite as one, gather our strength, and with responsibility as our ink and down-to-earth effort as our pen, jointly write a new chapter in our team’s development!
