As a proposer and practitioner in mine EPC+M+O service, Xinhai has served nearly 2,000 mines and completed over 500 EPC+M+O projects in more than 100 countries and regions around the world. Xinhai installation and commissioning department has carried out installation and commissioning work at home and abroad all year round. It has more than ten years of practical experience and establishes a scientific and efficient assessment system so that each EPC+M+O project can be completed according to standardization, process and intelligence.
Alluvial gold deposits are widely distributed worldwide, featuring high grades, low investment thresholds, and fast return on investment. In this Somaliland project, Xinhai provided a full range of services, including process design, equipment supply, and on-site installation guidance, ensuring the plant was successfully commissioned and met production targets. The project adopted a combined gravity separation–amalgamation process, which features a short construction period, low cost, and fast economic return.
At the end of 2020, the customer of the 2000TPD iron concentrate desulfurization plant project contacted Xinhai Mining and stated that the iron concentrate produced by its project had a high sulfur content and was difficult to meet subsequent use needs. It hoped to obtain more qualified iron concentrate products through a new process plan. After a preliminary understanding of the project information, Xinhai Mining provided the customer with a rough technical plan and quotation. The customer was very satisfied with this and signed a follow-up project contract with Xinhai Mining. In 2022, the project undertaken by Xinhai Mining will be successfully constructed.
The original plant consisted of two 900t/d production lines. To meet the enterprise’s strategic development goals, the client decided to construct an additional 1,500t/d production line adjacent to the existing facility. This expansion posed significant demands on Xinhai Mining’s design capabilities, engineering experience, and project management. It required seamless coordination of resources to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery—without interrupting the original plant’s operations. Xinhai Mineral Equipment delivered full EPCM+O services for the 1,500 t/d polymetallic ore project in Henan. From process design to equipment supply and on-site construction, the team managed the entire project, ensuring on-time completion, smooth commissioning, and early achievement of production targets.
The 1200TPD gold mine cyanide concentrator project in Mexico is another collaboration between Xinhai Mining and the client of the project. In 2017, Xinhai Mining undertook the customer’s 1,500tpd copper-lead-zinc, gold-silver polymetallic ore project in Mexico. Since the cooperation on the project was very pleasant and the project design overall met expectations. Therefore, the customer of this project once again chose to cooperate with Xinhai Mining during the preparation stage of the new project to help it complete the construction of the 1,200tpd gold ore cyanide concentrator project.
